Umhla we-8 ka-Agasti lusuku lwaseTshayina "lweSizwe lokuQinisekisa".Ngaba uzilolongile namhlanje?

Ukusekwa koSuku lweSizwe lokuQinisekisa ngo-Agasti 8, 2009 akubizi nje kuphela bonke abantu ukuba baye kwibala lezemidlalo, kodwa kukhumbula nokuzaliseka kwephupha laseTshayina lekhulu leminyaka le-Olimpiki.

"Usuku lweSizwe lweFitness" luye lwakhula ukususela ekuqaleni kwaye lusuka kuphuhliso ukuya kumandla, kungekhona nje ukwenza uluntu luqonde ukubaluleka kokufaneleka, kodwa luqhuba abantu abaninzi ukuba baqhubele phambili, kwaye indima yayo ayinakulinganiswa.
